Tulum House Rental Rates
Rental rates are separated between the high and low seasons in Tulum. Depending on availability, we may be able to extend a discount for guests reserving for two or more weeks.
Standard Season
February 1st - December 19th
$1,200 / Night - 3 night minimum
High Season
December 20th - January 31st
$1,800 / Night - 5 night minimum
+$500 cleaning fee for all rentals. Rental rates include all taxes.
